Sprouting Again Children’s Home

Sprouting Again Children’s Home was founded by Joshua Mutuku, who experienced significant hardship growing up and chose to dedicate his life to supporting vulnerable children.

What began as a simple initiative to provide meals for children in surrounding communities has grown into a children’s home that now cares for more than 130 children.

Many of the children living here have experienced abandonment, neglect or other difficult circumstances. In some cases, local authorities contact the home when a child is found without adequate care, trusting Joshua and his team to provide a safe place to grow.

Despite everything they have been through, these children are full of resilience, curiosity and ambition. They dream of becoming teachers, doctors, engineers and leaders, but many are at risk of seeing those dreams interrupted because they cannot afford school fees or other essential necessities.

Kimani Foundation is proud to partner with Children Sprouting Again Children’s Home to help ensure that these children have access to education, essential resources and the opportunity to build a brighter future.
